Perth will get a new house next year, after a local developer announced it would convert a vacant Victorian house into a modern-day office park.
The developer, KPMG, said the new building would be a “modern, open-concept office park” and would provide “an important connection between the new community and the existing community”.
The new $9.5 million home will be located in the heart of the new Perth CBD.KPMG said the development would provide a connection between its existing offices and new residential development.
The project is the latest in a series of big-ticket residential developments planned for the CBD in the next five years.
The CBD has seen major growth in recent years, with new developments opening at a record pace.
But there is still plenty of work to do.
